Meet Laura<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Laura is the wife and caregiver to her husband Darryl of 34 years. Darryl was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET\u2019s) in October 2020.<\/span><\/h6>\n
She has devoted herself to learning as much as possible to help Darryl not just live with this type of cancer, but to thrive in spite of this cancer. Her search for help and understanding of this rare type of cancer is what led her to NCAN. She was able to participate in the NCAN Virtual NET Patient Conference, November 2020. This event is what sparked her to want to \u201cpay it forward\u201d and help start the Chapter in Arkansas. Each NCAN Support Group is led by, and for, people who have, or are caring for someone, with NET\/Carcinoid Cancer. Together we understand and can support what each other is going through.<\/p>\n
